Do you deliver to parks?+
Yes! We deliver to private residences, parks, schools, churches, and community centers. Just make sure you have permission from the park or facility before booking.
Do you deliver outside your service area?+
We frequently accommodate families just outside our primary service area. Give us a call and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
Is setup included?+
Absolutely. We deliver, set up, secure, and test everything before we leave. All you have to do is enjoy the party.
What if it rains?+
Most of our inflatables can handle light rain, but we don't operate in thunderstorms or high winds. If severe weather is forecasted, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.
How long are rentals?+
Our standard rental is Friday delivery to Monday pickup—three full days of fun for the price of one day.
When do you deliver?+
We typically deliver on Fridays between 12 PM and 5 PM, and pick up on Mondays between 9 AM and 2 PM. We'll give you a tighter window closer to your rental date.
What happens if I don't see my city?+
Give us a call! If you're close to our service area, we can often make it work. We're always looking to help more families celebrate.
